About us - Our goal is to protect your investment in a car, truck, car, motorcycle, watercraft, gas powered equipment or recreational vehicle. We will not sell you products that you don't need or that won't add value for you. That’s not the way we want to do business with you. We want you to feel good about our service and relationship, and never feel like you paid for something that you didn’t need or wouldn’t benefit you. You should follow your owner’s manual for required maintenance and consult your dealership as needed. Our focus remains with your oil protection needs, oil filter needs, automatic transmission fluid, gear oil, and whether you request an air filter. We do recommend that you install a new air filter at the time we change your oil. It could be up to a year before your next oil, oil filter, and air filter change. We offer convenience with superior products. You are also welcome to purchase our products and have your dealer install them on your behalf. It is certainly not convenient for anyone to change motor oil at 3,000 or 5,000 miles; nor is it fiscally prudent or environmentally friendly; what is convenient is having superior synthetic oil that provides a 25,000 mile change interval and improves fuel economy with many other benefits that you simply can't get with a conventional oil...and there is a difference in top synthetics too! Our Education in Regard to Oil...How did we at Synpsg become an advocate of synthetic oils? Well, interestingly enough, it is our vice president's passion for top performance. Bill's education is in business and not in chemical engineering; but nevertheless, believe me, he has done his homework. He first became aware about synthetics in 2001 when he bought his first Porsche. He had always dreamed of owning a cabriolet since he was a teenager. No doubt this was a major investment for him and he wanted the best lubricating protection possible. I was amazed to hear at the time he purchased his car that the recommended oil change interval was 15,000 miles. I couldn’t believe it. I had always changed my oil every 5,000 miles. He, nor I, had ever driven a new vehicle with the factory oil for more than 3,000 miles. I was surprised when the service manager told him that he would change his oil; however, it would be a waste of his money. He told Bill to come back at 15,000 miles. Even for the first oil change! I was even more amazed when he told me that if it wasn’t for the oil filter not lasting longer than 15,000 miles, that his oil change interval might actually be longer on his car. That prompted Bill to then start doing research on the best synthetic oils. He wanted the best protection and performance capability for his 2^nd largest investment, which was certainly his car. What oil do he and I both use? The exact same oils that our company sells to you. Porsche ships all their vehicles from the factory with Mobil1, and to add additional performance and benefits, Amsoil is the best choice!
